- By train: Rochford station is next door. If you arrive from London the walk is step-free. If you arrive from Southend, the step-free route takes 7 minutes; the footbridge has steps. Details and a diagram.

- By air: London Southend Airport is one stop away by train.
- Access: all events are in the ground-floor hall with step-free access. Full access statement.

The lift is out of service awaiting repair. Until it is repaired, the museum and community space on the first floor can only be reached by stairs. We will update this page as soon as the lift is back in service.
